Terms

Last updated: 6 October 2026

A lawyer is currently drafting the terms and conditions. Below is a plain-language summary of what we agree. This summary is not a legal text. If you become a client, you’ll receive the terms and conditions before you sign. This English text is a translation. If it differs from the Dutch version, the Dutch version prevails.

Who this is for

I only work for businesses. All prices exclude VAT.

Costs and payment

There are no setup costs. You pay a fixed monthly fee: €49 for Start, €99 for Growth and €199 for Complete, excluding VAT.

The monthly fee starts when your site goes live, and no later than 4 weeks after you have approved the design.

Each month you receive an invoice with an iDEAL payment link. Payment is due within 14 days.

Term and cancellation

The first term is 12 months. After that the subscription can be cancelled monthly, with 1 month’s notice.

Design and design guarantee

Not happy with the first design? You can stop at no cost.

You get 2 feedback rounds on the design. A round is one combined list of comments.

Ownership

Your copy, photos and domain name always belong to you. The domain is registered in your name.

After 12 months you can take the complete website with you free of charge. Copyright can only be transferred in writing, so this agreement will be included in the terms and conditions.

Delivery time

A Start site is online within 5 working days, a Growth site within 10 and a Complete site within 15. The clock starts once I have all the materials and you have approved the design.

Changes and support

Every plan includes small changes each month: 1 with Start, 5 with Growth and 10 with Complete, which also gets priority. A small change takes up to 15 minutes. Unused changes don’t carry over.

An extra small change costs €20. Larger jobs cost €75 per hour, always after a quote.

Send questions and changes by email or WhatsApp. I reply within 1 working day, Monday to Friday. Calls are by appointment.

Urgent issues

Urgent means a site that is down or hacked, or forms or payments that don’t work. I respond to these within 8 hours, including outside working hours.

What I don’t guarantee

I don’t guarantee uptime or results, such as a certain number of visitors or customers.
