  • All prices exclude VAT unless stated otherwise. I only work for businesses.
  • There are no setup costs. The monthly fee starts when your site goes live, and no later than 4 weeks after you approve the design.
  • The first term is 12 months. After that you can cancel the subscription monthly, with 1 month’s notice.
  • A small change takes up to 15 minutes. Changes you don’t use in a month don’t carry over.
  • The delivery time starts once I have all the materials and you have approved the design.
  • The small online shop holds up to 50 products. A product with variants counts as one product. You add the products yourself. Integrations with accounting, stock or marketplace systems are not included.
  • Ongoing SEO, such as blogs and link building, is a separate service.

What we agree up front

These agreements apply to every plan.

  • Design guarantee

    Not happy with the first design? You can stop at no cost. You see your design first and only then decide.

  • Your site belongs to you

    Your copy, photos and domain always belong to you. After 12 months you can take the complete site with you for free.

  • No setup costs

    You only pay the monthly fee. It starts when your site goes live, no later than 4 weeks after you approve the design.

  • Cancel monthly after 12 months

    The first term is 12 months. After that you can cancel whenever you like, with 1 month’s notice.

  • Fixed delivery time

    A Start site is online within 5 working days, a Growth site within 10 and a Complete site within 15. The clock starts once I have all the materials and you have approved the design.

  • Reply within 1 working day

    Send questions and changes by email or WhatsApp. If your site is down or has been hacked, I get an automatic alert and respond within 8 hours, including outside working hours.
