What you do
You request a free introductory chat through the form or on WhatsApp.
What I do
I get in touch with you. In a chat of 15 to 30 minutes, online or by phone, we go through what your site needs to do and which plan fits.
Design
What you do
You send what you already have, such as your logo and photos. Then you review the design and give feedback in 2 rounds. Not happy with the first design? You can stop at no cost.
What I do
I create a custom design that matches your branding.
Copy and build
5 to 15 working days, depending on your plan
What you do
Nothing, unless you’d rather write the copy yourself. That’s fine, but you don’t have to.
What I do
I write the copy, choose the photos and build the site.
Live and looked after

What you do
From launch you pay a fixed monthly fee. Send me a change by WhatsApp or email.
What I do
I put your site online and take care of hosting, backups and updates. I reply to questions and changes within 1 working day.

Delivery time: A Start site is online within 5 working days, a Growth site within 10 and a Complete site within 15. The clock starts once I have all the materials and you have approved the design.
Feedback rounds: You get 2 rounds of feedback on the design. A round is one combined list of comments. That keeps things clear for both of us.
Design guarantee: Not happy with the first design? You can stop at no cost.
When you start paying: The monthly fee starts when your site goes live, and no later than 4 weeks after you approve the design. Each month you get an invoice with an iDEAL payment link. Payment is due within 14 days.
Changes after launch: Send a change by email or WhatsApp. I reply within 1 working day, Monday to Friday. Every plan includes a number of small changes per month, each taking up to 15 minutes.
Urgent issues: Is your site down or hacked, or are forms or payments not working? I get an automatic alert and respond within 8 hours, including outside working hours.
Term and ownership: The first term is 12 months. After that you can cancel any month, with 1 month’s notice. Your copy, photos and domain always belong to you, and after 12 months you can take the complete site with you for free.
